With the onset of summer heat, even among lovers of dense dinners and dinners, appetite decreases. But the most important thing is that these dishes are of great benefit, since fresh gifts of beds contain much more useful ingredients than canned.

Summer culinary recipes are diversity. For example, for breakfast you can cook yourself porridge from one or another favorite cereal by adding berries and pieces of fruit to it. Another option is to bake in a microwave of a pear with sugar. A similar dessert is very tasty, especially for children and brings them much more benefit than sweets purchased in the store. Make a puree soup at lunch. If there is an unbearable heat outside, it can be consumed in cold. A good alternative to the soup can be an okroshka with kvass, quenching thirst and hunger. Fat lamb, as well as pork in the summer, should be abandoned by replacing these products with chicken and fish. By the way, a delightful barbecue can be prepared from fish fillet.

Do not forget about delicious and healthy dairy products. They stimulate the digestive tract and are perfectly absorbed. In the heat, the glass of fermented or kefir will come in handy. Kefir can also be mixed with okroshka using it instead of kvass.
