Preparation of chicken with pineapple: The stages of the process

Chicken with pineapples – a combination that will be well complemented by salads and second dishes. Sweet exotic taste of pineapple will perfectly complement the delicate taste of the chicken.

If you want to cook chicken fillets with pineapples, you will also need onions, garlic, adjika, tomato and soy sauce. First, cut the chicken fillet (600 grams) into small pieces and fry until golden. The meat can be slightly added and pepper. Separately fry finely chopped onions and garlic.

When the onion changes color, add a glass of tomato sauce and simmer for five minutes. Now you can add pineapple (250 grams), 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce. If you like adjika, then you should add it. Curry can be added more – to a teaspoon, as this spice perfectly complements the taste of chicken meat.

After stirring for several minutes, add meat and juice of canned pineapple (somewhere half a glass). Stew for ten minutes, then turn off and insist for fifteen minutes under the lid. The finished dish can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.

In winter, sometimes I really want barbecue, but due to the cold you can do them only at home. Chicken with pineapples strung on small wooden skewers and baked in the oven, are a magnificent alternative barbecue. Cut canned pineapples and chicken fillet into small pieces.

Mix soy sauce and ketchup. Then add a fillet to it and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Stop on the skewers of fillet and pineapple and put them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for forty minutes at 180 degrees. Barbecue will be perfectly combined with wine.

Chicken with pineapples in the oven

To prepare a dish for the whole family, cut the fillet into centimeter pieces and slightly beat them off. Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the fillet tightly. If desired, you can put the fillet in several layers. Salt, pepper and add spices. Mix sour cream with mustard and cover the fillet from above. We lay circles of canned pineapples on the fillet. We sprinkle all this with grated cheese.

Put in the oven and bake on medium heat. Can be served without a side dish, as the chicken with pineapples is very satisfying.
